5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in your service agreement. Generally, service fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable. Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

As a client, you agree to:

• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Meet all financial requirements of your chosen MM2H tier
• Comply with all Malaysian laws and MM2H program requirements
